The first thing you notice about him is his hands. They look strong enough to hurt and soft enough to want to touch. His left hand covered almost half of the rolling pin. As he moved the rolling pin up and down with his left hand, his right hand reached into a container of herbs.

His face was an expression of concentration. Brows furrowed and lips pursed. The sunlight coming from the kitchen window sliced his face in half with a shadow. The one eye in the light shown a striking color of bright blue, while the dark and mysterious eye suggested a depth that wasn’t on display.

Something about him didn’t fit in the kitchen. Maybe it was the red baseball cap that he wore backwards. Or the slim arms that didn’t seem to belong to those strong hands. Or the spotless white shirt that loosely hung on his body.

From the camera’s viewpoint, it’s hard to understand why this man was able to gain so much popularity. Besides his hands, nothing about him stood out.
