“Sir, I can’t understand what you’re saying.”

The man continues screaming something incoherent. The patrons start backing away and turn their heads to watch the entertainment.

Greg is feeling quite embarrassed now and hopes none of his clients are witnessing this. He considers leaving, but hesitates. Leaving now might have PR repercussions.

He tries again to communicate with the screaming man, “Sir, please calm down. I need to head to a meeting. Would you like to take a walk with me outside? I’d be happy to help out if I can.”

The man did not stop screaming. Greg still has no idea who this person screaming in his face could be. He is in charge of over 30 thousand employees. The man could be a disgruntled employee who was recently laid off. He could also be a small business owner who’s business was impacted by Greg’s corporation. There’s too many possibilities for Greg to guess.

Feeling like he made enough of an attempt, Greg decided to just leave the coffee shop. If the screaming man follows, Greg will walk to his building’s security and have them take care of him.

(A CEO of a big corporation)
